Since we got involved in the Slow Ways project, we realised that group walking is not only great for physical wellbeing but also for mental wellbeing. We’re all about community connection and we’re keen to bring folk together.

With that in mind, we’ll be meeting every month for a walk!

DATE: The second Sunday of the month

TIME: 10:00am - 11:00am

LOCATION: Meet at the Umbrella Fair Organisation at the Pavillion on The Racecource

If you want to chat, great! If you want to come along and just walk with people but keep to yourself, that’s great too. There’s no pressure of expectations. :-)
